Support for Parents

Support for Parents

We can offer support and specialist advice for parents of pupils experiencing difficulties of an SEMH nature.

This can be to support parents in engaging their children with school.

We can provide strategies and resources to help parents to manage their child’s behaviour at home and their access to school. For the parents of those children with ADHD, ASC, Attachment and other neuro-diverse conditions, we can help with understanding why their child might be behaving in the way they are and support with practical strategies to help.

We can support them in navigating the SEND systems, including the EHCP process.

Working in partnership with schools and parents we hope to help strengthen parent/school relationships if this is required.

Our team has run successful parent group sessions to aid understanding and provide strategies. If this is something your school requires, please contact our Outreach manager.

Please see the current SLA for details.
